While resting in his easy chair one evening, cantankerous old Cornelius Basset-Hound takes his last breath. Suddenly he is swept up into a brilliant tunnel of light which takes him directly to the gates of Dog Heaven. There he meets Saint Bernard, who turns him away saying “You are not ready to enter Heaven. . .
